Troy Givan started Ideal Trash and Recycling, LLC on the belief that there is currently a tremendous void in the industry for exceptional service at a competitive price.  While working for a National Waste Management Company, Troy experienced firsthand the lack of quality service towards clients.  Combining his many years of managerial experience and his acute attention to customer satisfaction, Troy knows the tremendous opportunity afforded to Ideal Trash and Recycling, LLC.   “My belief is that the trash industry is about the only industry that has gotten worse over time.  Many clients are not aware that the same day or next day pickup was standard.  We at Ideal are making a commitment to 24-hour service.  We are also determined to educate our clients on how this will save them over being on schedule.
